Sally Parr from VivaVitae Nutrition is passionate about nutrition. She really enjoys helping people to make simple yet inspirational food and lifestyle choices that can help to positively impact their wellbeing. Sally studied at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition, qualifying as a Nutritional Therapist (BA, DipION, mBANT, rCNHC) in 2018. Prior to this, she studied Home Economics to degree level. Sally also works as a freelance journalist, contributing to a wide range of magazines, websites and journals on the subjects of food and lifestyle. A member of BANT (the British Association for Nutrition & Lifestyle Medicine) and the regulatory organisation CNHC (Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council),Sally runs clinics in Edinburgh and central London, in addition to seeing clients on Skype.
