Berry blitz
Perfect if you prefer a sweeter start to the morning, this super shake is full of protein and rich in antioxidants, too. The ginger is high in gingerol, which acts as a powerful anti-inflammatory and gives it a zingy kick.
Serves 2
Ingredients

250g of ready mixed frozen smoothie mix (or use chopped fruit including bananas and berries

100ml natural yogurt

200ml almond milk

1 teaspoon of powdered ginger
Method

Blend all ingredients together until smooth and to desired texture. Add crushed ice or a dash more almond milk for a thinner consistency.
