250g of ready mixed frozen smoothie mix (or use chopped fruit including bananas and berries
100ml natural yogurt
200ml almond milk
1 teaspoon of powdered ginger
Blend all ingredients together until smooth and to desired texture. Add crushed ice or a dash more almond milk for a thinner consistency.
