Layers of Goodness Crispbreads

 

Look for organic crispbreads made from raw ingredients such as organic flaxseed, brazil nuts and sunflower seeds - they make a tasty alternative to bread. Spread with houmous, bean pate or dips and top with seaweed crisps –rich in Iodine, these help to support healthy thyroid functioning.  

Serves 1

 

Ingredients

 

  • 2-3 crackers (we like Rawlicious organic crackers)

  • 2 tablespoons of houmous, bean pate or spread

  • Seaweed crisps as topping

 

 

Method

 

1.Layer up the crackers with houmous and seaweed crisps.
