Water, Water, Water?
What’s the best temperature to drink water at? That depends.
Cold water helps keep you cool and comfortable when you’re working out and exercising because it supports your body’s efforts to keep its’ core temperature lower. However, drinking warmer water can help to ease nasal congestion, as well as supporting circulation and digestion which may help you feel better if you are suffering from a stuffy nose, the cold or flu in January! Aim to drink around 6 to 8 glasses daily and count all the liquid you consume, including soups, teas and coffees and soft drinks.
